Building Control Administrator

 This is your opportunity to join our team and make a positive contribution while choosing hours to suit your lifestyle:

 

  • Monday to Friday 7.45am-12.45pm (25 hours per week); or
  • Monday to Friday 12.30pm-5.00pm (23 hours per week)

 

As an accredited Building Consent Authority, our Building team provides an essential service to its customers. You will be providing a broad range of high standard administrative support to our busy team and responding to customer requests and enquiries.

 

Let us know about your strengths and abilities by addressing the following preferred criteria in your cover letter:

 

  • proficiency in MS Word at least to intermediate level
  • ability to adapt to new systems and to learn and adhere to procedures
  • excellent communication skills to interact positively with internal and external customers
  • high attention to detail

 

Knowledge of building terminology and experience working in a regulatory environment is preferred.  However, it is your demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly which will make you stand out.
