Building Compliance Coordinator



Take the lead in developing and shaping this newly created role.


The growing and busy Building Compliance team undertakes a variety of duties including ensuring that Building Warrant of Fitness and swimming pool audits are completed. It prides itself on being accredited as a Building Consent Authority and is constantly striving to improve processes and procedures.


The  Co-ordinator will be integral to maintaining and improving processes by supporting the team in a variety of technical, administrative, recording and reporting functions.


This is a great opportunity for a person who is has high attention to detail, strong customer focus and is an expert at multi-tasking!

  • well developed communication skills with an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • strong Microsoft suite, database management and keyboarding skills
  • document control experience including auditing and document management
  • experience in a related administration or co-ordination role
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
